Interested in leading a project?

This County-Wide Clean-up effort is a fun, easy way for your people to work together on a project that will benefit our world and bring us together as a community. You can create a project if you have something in mind – trash pick up on land or by water, beautification and planting projects, anything that has a positive effect is good! We will have projects we can assign also. Click the button below to tell us that you have a group that would like to participate in Clean Catoosa and that you are signing up to be their Project Leader. If you have any questions before signing up please contact us,

land projects

Land Projects consist of:
  • Trash Pick-Up
  • Beautification Projects
These projects will be split between Ringgold and Fort Oglethorpe. Trash Pick-up Teams will work along roadsides and in areas that need attention which will require only that participants be ready to work! Beautification Teams will be planting trees, restoring creek-side vegetation, and reclaiming areas that have been neglected.

water projects

Water Projects consist of:
  • Creek Clean-Ups
Creek Clean-up Projects are for water-lovers where teams will work FROM boats on sections of both the South & West Chickamauga Creeks. They will be IN the water, so people who sign-up to participate will need to have their own paddleboards, canoes or kayaks, and life vests.

The Individual Sign-Up form is only for individuals who are not already with a team. If you are already with a team please contact your team leader for the correct sign-up form.

INTERESTED IN BEING A SPONSOR?

CLEAN CATOOSA is a county-wide effort!
The idea for this event came out of a couple of years of separate efforts by The City of Ringgold partnering with the new non-profit, LIFT, Catoosa County Parks and Recreation, Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce, and The City of Fort Oglethorpe. Now working together, alongside new partners, like WaterWays and Wild Trails these groups have all come together to put new energy into an event that is sure to have a bigger impact than ever before.

WE NEED MORE PARTNERS to help cover the costs of the event – t-shirts mostly.

  • A $500 tax-deductible donation entitles your organization to be listed publicly as a Lead Sponsor along with the City of Ringgold, the City of Fort Oglethorpe, Catoosa County Government, the Catoosa County Chamber of Commerce, and the Ringgold Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.
  • A $300 tax-deductible donation entitles your organization to be listed publicly as a Community Sponsor along with other businesses who are supporting the event.

By paying you are agreeing to supply a digital copy of your logo and are giving permission for this logo to be printed in bulk.  These logos will be added to our Clean Catoosa T-shirt for Advertising purposes.  We plan to print up to 400 shirts for this year’s event.

Your donation should be made payable to LIFT Youth Center, Inc, the 501c3 nonprofit coordinating this County-Wide event.  All donations collected will be used solely for the advertising and supply purposes of this event. We would like all funds to be remitted by March 29, 2024.

It may be mailed to:
Attn: Clean Catoosa
7197 Nashville St.
Ringgold, GA 30736

LIFT Youth Center is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your generous donation.
