Thanks to the Songbirds Foundation LIFT Youth Center Inc is able to offer their program, Guitars for Kids! Guitars for Kids focuses on guitar basics and provides students with a guitar to use and guitar lessons. It focuses on the fundamentals through a diverse range of playing styles and techniques. As students grow with the program, the lessons integrate music theory and specific genres and styles. Students work in groups, create friendships, and establish musical bonds with other players while they are learning to play Acoustic Guitar. Classes will run for most of the semester.
